I think this one is pretty cut and dried, but what's the rules interaction between Kunnin But Brutal (lets you redeploy d3 units) and deff dreads or mek gunz (the first time this unit is set up, must be placed within 6" of each other then then operate independently).

Does each gun moved count as one redeploy, or do they still qualify as a unit since KBB happens before the first turn begins?

From page 105 of Codex Orks (emphasis added):

The first time this unit is set up on the battlefield, all of its Mek Gunz must be placed within 6" of at least one other Mek Gun, and with each grot krew within 1" of their Mek Gun. From that point onwards, each Mek Gun operates independently and is treated as a separate unit for all rules purposes.

That would be Step 11 in the sequence found in the Eternal War mission pack. "Kunnin' But Brutal" occurs "... at the start of the first battle round.." which would be Step 13.

Thanks, that's what I figured, I'm just not very familiar with 9th so wasn't sure if there was some weird rules interaction or some rule I wasn't aware of. I appreciate the clarification.
