I am considering ordering some bits from Puppetswar and was curious if anyone could share their experience with them. I'm in the US (as the little flag indicates) so especially curious about delivery from there to here.

Uk based here, but I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them. They sent me a couple of wrong pieces once, but immediately shipped out replacements with no fuss when I let them know.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

it can take a good long while to get your stuff. like a month. The product is top notch though

I also had very good experiences so far (and ordered multiple times)
One slight criticism I have: on the whole bodies there is usually a lump of plastic between the arms and bodies. It can be removed with a knife though.
I mean bodies holding and pointing a gun.

I’ve bought stuff a few times over the years and it does take a while for things to get out of Poland it seems (do NOT expect next day delivery!), but everything has come through and the quality is good. A bit so flash to clean up, but nothing really in the way of bubbles or mould slip in my experience.

Placed one order with them for assorted heads. No problems, and seemed quick when one considers it was Poland to the US in the middle of 2019. Will do business with again at some point.

As they were heads, not figures or complex but delicate weaponry, there was no flash. The heads seem a touch larger than older GW plastics, but smaller than bare-headed Primaris marine heads.

I ordered from them to Japan sometime in 2019 - the bare heads are about classic marine size, and the quality is excellent - I think I had all of one resin bubble, and their resin is really nice to work with - firm but not unyielding, good, crisp detail, and not brittle at all.

Like others have said, their postage is a little on the slow side, but it doesn't take a million years. Would deffo buy from them again.

I've put in half a dozen orders with them over the last 5 years Great quality products, very good support too. Can take a few weeks for stuff to ship, but that's true of almost all overseas model companies I've bought off, and it's always been worth the wait.
