I don't mean base colors for the skin on models, I mean I want my bases for Khornate daemons to look like skin. Thus far all I've found is this video:
I kind of like it but it's got more pockmarks than I want. I want something that looks a bit flatter, maybe like stretched skin? Perhaps like something you'd see in Hellraiser.

I second this idea, except if you want stretched skin, I would suggest placing a blob of green stuff in the center, then stretching it with your finger --a huge surprise, I know-- until it reaches the edges. Hopefully that should get you some organic shaping, and retain some of the fingerprint marks. If all else fails you could just reapply the fingerprints afterward too.

I'd apply greenstuff and smooth it out. Maybe press in some seam lines to give the impression of sewn-together patchwork.
