First off, I love the list. Loads of infantry and tanks were what drew me to the Guard originally. Here are my tips:
-You can only use 3 of any one data sheet in matched play. You can still bring 5 regular Russ by taking squadrons of 2 or 3, but you list 4 platoon commanders, which you cannot take.
-Speaking of platoon commanders, they are way way worse than company commanders for getting out orders. You have room for HQ slots so I would max those out before you consider any of the lesser commanders. Having so many characters will allow your opponent to score very easy assassinate points every game.
-I'm not sure what your detachments look like, but I'm assuming you crammed this all into a battalion. If you want to run 5+ Leman Russ, I strongly recommend you put them all together in a spearhead detachment with any other vehicles you happen to be running. This way they all gain the objective secured ability, just like your infantry squads. You can also then customize your regiments so that all your vehicles gain, for instance, reroll number of shots and healing every turn, while also allowing you to take infantry focused abilities on your battalion. All this for 3CP is a bargain.
-A little thing, but 5 Bullgryn are much easier to move and use than 6. If you have 6 they trigger the blast keyword and you have to keep them more clumped up, where with 5 you can move them however you want without worrying about extra coherency issues. I know they come in boxes of 3 so if you want to run all six, you don't need to lose any sleep over it.
-You didn't list any units for Tank Aces. These are really good upgrades and if you drop the Master of Command you get one free, and a second for just 1CP. The manticore and the Tank Commanders are the best choices for these generally.
-The demolisher cannon on any Russ is the clear best turret. While the battle cannon and plasma cannon are OK, I strongly recommend at least running a few of them with demolishers. As you have so many the extra range from the battle cannon will be useful on the ones you leave in the backfield.
In summary, I would alter the list to run 2 detachments. Spring for 3 company commanders in your battalion so you get tons of orders, but don't take any platoon commanders if you can avoid it. Spring for 2 tank commanders in your spearhead with all the vehicles in it. It is really hard to overstate how much better they are than regular Russes.
