i know that the sculpts are limited, usually only 4 or so before they start repeating but i always thought some of the song of ice and fire minis would make great freeguild replacements.
have any of you used any in age of sigmar and how do the hold up scale wise?

ive seen a few examples online but more is always better

Compared to Freeguild/Empire they're taller with more realistic proportions compared to Fantasy's 'Heroic Scale', but odds are when/if GW ever get around to updating them the scale creep will inevitably hit and make them about the same height. They're a bit shorter than Primaris/Sigmarines at least. I'll see if I can get some shots of my own later since this comes up enough I need to stop trying to rely on Google always using Greatjon/Gregor for comparisons.

I dunno, the basic human cultists from warcry are pretty small. That said I don't feel like the GoT minis are so out of scale they couldn't represent a population of larger humans. Meat-rich diets of Ghur probably do wonders for people's heights.

I chose an avatar I feel best represents the quality of my post history.

I try to view Warhammer as more of a toolbox with examples than fully complete games.

Having used lord of the rings models in warhammer for years even though everyone online said they were too small, the Game of Thrones models would work just fine IMO.
