Hello, I see a lot of AM lists with tank commander with "Stat Damage (Leman Russ Commander" in the loadout, likewise Leman Russes with "Stat Damage (Leman Russ)" in the loadout, what does it mean please ?

Is this Battlescribe?
That's referring to the fact that their stats degrade as they take damage.

I do not know if it is Battlescribe, I suspect it might be

It sounds like whatever you're looking at has just copy/pasted the Battlescribe army, I'd put my money on that.

Yeah that's a Battlescribe copy/paste.

Also, a friendly FYI: This section of the forum isn't for asking rules questions; it's for suggesting rules changes, new units, etc. You probably wanted the "You Make Da Call" section.

ATTENTION
. Psychic tests are unfluffy. Your longing for AV is understandable but misguided. Your chapter doesn't need a separate codex. Doctrines should go away. Being a "troop" means nothing. This has been a cranky service announcement. You may now resume your regularly scheduled arguing.
