If I went to a legal tournament such as the Gt?

I have to have models only from Games workshop and Forgeworld?

Also they model is suppose to have the equipment from you're army list. Such as Jump pack or Plasma pistol etc?

What about using a different model with correct equipment. Example I like the Master of Possession model but want to use it as a Dark Apostle with correct equipment modifications?

Am I missing anyother rule for models?

As useless (and possibly condescending, but this is what it is...) as this will sound- Tournaments all set their own rules. Contact the organiser.

Games Workshop Delenda Est.

Users on ignore- 53.

If you break apart my or anyone else's posts line by line I will not read them.

It depends. GW have this event pack specifically for their three US GTs, while ITC, ETC, etc. will probably use their own - but the individual TO may decide something different.

If its a GW sponsored event then you'll need to be using 100% GW/FW models.
Any tournament, GW or not, will expect your list to have the equipment it is modeled with, known as WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get), to avoid confusion. I.e. if your Tactical Sergeant has a Plasma Pistol modeled then you should be paying for it in your list.
You should try as hard as possible to use a model that closest resembles the datasheet you are using. I would say using a MoP as an Apostle isn't a great idea.

The Rhino's sheet will tell you what it can transport. Be careful that your Daemon Prince isn't too different from the official models' size, as that could be considered modelling for advantage.

Daemon Princes cannot embark on transports so the answer to both questions is no.
