Combi-blasters? Which rules are you looking at? The Fist can have a Storm/Combi Bolter, Heavy Flamer, Meltagun, Graviton Gun or Plasma Blaster (depending on rules, legion, etc.).

and there is no mention of the combi-bolter being part of the chainfist nor the dreadnought combat weapon as you suggest. Therefore... I assumed like the leviathan dreadnought its suposed to be part of the lower chest?
The Relic Contemptor Dreadnought comes equipped with 2x heavy plasma cannon. You can replace one of both of these with either "1 Dreadnought chainfist and 1 storm bolter" or "1 Dreadnought combat weapon and 1 storm bolter", which gives you the storm bolters (which are modelled in the palm of the fist).
