For example, if my knight has 4 attacks and I use the Titanic feet weapon profile (Make 3 hit rolls for each attack made with this weapon, instead of 1.). Do I roll for 12 attacks total ?
Can I make 2 attacks with his Reaper Chainsword then 6 attacks with the feet ?

Yes, you have that correct.

Yup, so you have 4 attacks on your profile. For every 1 attack you choose to make with Titanic Feet you roll 3 hit rolls.

Quick question on the same vein, the icarus storm cannon Is a heavy 3 weapon with the extra rule "each time an attack is made with this weapon against an aircraft unit, make 2 hit rolls and add +1 to both rolls"

So, against aircraft it is effectively heavy 6(+1 to hit)?
