Do the Drukhari still worship or at least admire/respect their gods?

For the old Eldar pantheon? As far as I can tell, no. They respect Khaine (though I believe only the Incubi explicitly follow his teachings) and the Dark Muses but otherwise are pretty dismissive of gods in general. Vect notably in recent times declared himself as a Living Muse as a way to counter the Ynnari's expansion in Commoragh society.

The Dark Eldar hold their gods in contempt for failing and dying, and thus being unworthy of respect and worship (nevermind the fact the Eldar gods fell due to the actions of the Eldar becoming decadent). Khaine still gets some grudging respect from the Incubi.

The Homunculi think themselves above gods or want to be ones themselves (if you go by the Nadiirists). Vect opposes Ynnead for similar reasons and because there is a quote from him where he sees it as folly to sacrifice oneself for the sake of victory over one's enemies (because then one isn't around to reap the rewards of victory).

That's my impression too.

[Excerpt| Path of the Archon]The Iconoclast mound
‘What place is this? Xagor does not know it,’ Xagor asked. ‘I recognise it. It’s called the Iconoclast’s mound,’ Bellathonis replied. ‘Raiding parties coming in through Port Carmine used to dump religious artefacts they’d taken – objects of faith, relics, icons – off the high roadway when they re-entered the city. It started as a joke, so I hear, but over time it became something of a tradition.’

Vect is worshiped as a living Dark Muse which IIRC is basically a Drukhari Messiah.

He's not the messiah, he's a very naughty boy!

They don't worship the muses. Respect, sure, but if anything they seemed to view their achievements as the ultimate goals they're trying to surpass.

Jain Zar got some respect from them in her solo novel as well, but it's not remotely close to veneration.
Drazhar, who's ?likely Arhra the Fallen Phoenix Lord, had killed several that tried to worship him. Seeing that he's permanently in Commorragh, those could only be Drukharis.

I would not even know what it means to worshop their gods at this point. (Mind you I am an atheist in real life so I do not really know what it means to worship gods here either. But in 40K the gods wield some power.)

There are only a few of the eldar gods left now. Kain is dismanteled into his avatars. I am a bit unsure what that details but his powers seems to be liited to invigorate battlelust in local eldars and craftworlds. It would not offer much to Drukhari.

Cegorach is around and doing well. The Drukhari who wants something to do with him have become Harlequins.

Isha is in the plague gardens. Don't have much to offer.

Ynnead is just under the surface. Some Dark Eldar have joined that cause inder vaius reasons.

All the rest of the eldar gods got devoured by Slaneesh. I am unsure about the lore, but I do think there was some tranfering of power from the gods to her.

The gods failed the eldar. Dark Eldar are essentially soul/pain vampiers who can live for a very long time. What does Dracula need god for? And dead and defeated gods at that in this case. Not much.

Instead the Dark Eldar draw inspiration from the Dark Muses. It is not worshop, they just draw inspiration from them as they where unique standouts in their field. Vect is also, he just has not died yet.

It is unclear what the link between eldar worhsip and psykick manifistations of the gods are.

It's not an unclear link. We know from past Eldar Codices that the Eldar pantheon was "ailing". The Eldar gods weakened, but they weakened because increasingly decadent Eldar turned away from their worship and traditional Eldar values. The Dark Eldar blame their gods for being weak and failing by being killed, but they actually brought it upon themselves.

There is a little blurb in a Harlequin Codex about how the Harlequins of the Frozen Stars might have managed to get Isha to gift a miracle to them in the form of a cleansing rain against the Nurgle daemon Rotigus's forces on an Exodite world. This apparently has led to rumors among the Exodite Eldar that maybe Isha could be freed from Nurgle.

Honestly, it's not clear that "worship" is the right word for the relationship the eldar had with their gods back in the old days. Like, it doesn't (generally) seem to be a trade of favors. They're not offering compliments and sacrificed livestock in exchange for blessings and spells (outside of specific cases like the Young King; and even that is complicated).

The way I see it, the eldar pantheon is a living metaphor for the collective psyche/zeitgeist of the eldar race. The pantheon was "ailing" prior to/during the Fall in the same way that the art of penmanship is ailing now that we all use keyboards and text to speech. Think American Gods. Slaanesh is the species' metaphorical drug habit that has caused all their previously shining qualities (represented by most of the gods) to dim (represented by Slaanesh eating them) until all they're really left with is their ability to make war (Khaine), to deceive (Cegorach), and maybe to occassionally reflect on their flaws in pursuit of self-improvement (Cegorach again). Ynnead, to my mind, represents them facing their collective trauma head-on (literally; in combat) in pursuit of a desperate hope that they acknowledge is going to cost them a lot (Ynnead's birth and defeat of Slaanesh.)

Uh. That was a bit of a tangent. What I was trying to get at was the idea that the eldar gods are parts of the eldar psyche. You can/could kind of sort of bargain with Khaine as a distinct entity because he did exist as a warp entity, but also he's the part of the eldar mind that lusts for violence and kills out of necessity. It's not that the craftworld prays to Khaine when they want to get angry before battle; it's that Khaine is there existing collective anger made manifest, and his bloodlust is felt when the craftworld as a whole feels an urge/need to do violence. Exarchs aren't just elves who really wanted to try out the members-only special wargear; they're eldar who can only perceive the world through that part of themselves that is Khaine. Cegorach is the part of their mind that manifests as that famoous "eldar trickery." He's also, I think, the part of their mind that is trying to be aware of its own failings and seek improvement. Isha's possible survival as Nurgle's prisoner is, perhaps, a metaphor for the hope of seeing future generations; life for their people in the future if they can only escape death (represented by Nurgle).

tldr; whle the eldar gods did/do have priests, the "worship" of those gods might not have been the, "Oh man. You're so awesome. I love you!" kind of thing you might be thinking of.

ATTENTION
. Psychic tests are unfluffy. Your longing for AV is understandable but misguided. Your chapter doesn't need a separate codex. Doctrines should go away. Being a "troop" means nothing. This has been a cranky service announcement. You may now resume your regularly scheduled arguing.

Yeah the background is left intensionally vague. Both because it is more fun and interactive to speculate. And also it is a mishmash of several people's work over 45 years.

What is clear is that the dark eldar do not worship.
