Flames of War Germans, hard to tell the specific pack by the pictures, but the puppchen should limit the choices.

Once you can identify the pack, you can look it up on FlamesofWar.com and see what the current price is (and any information about the unit construction and such). If the pack is still for sale, then you could probably get 60ish% for these guys, and if not you might get full retail.

Two bases of German command, one base that looks like German grenadiers and one base of I think German Fallschirmjager Pupchen launcher.

Basically a hodgepodge of randomness that isn't any one unit or product code. The Pupchen isn't produced anymore I believe. At most, you -might- be able to get about $5 for the lot.
