Grey Knights vs Deathwatch Batrep.

I only just noticed that the first 10secs the channel logo didn't work properly but the rest should be good.

Enjoy

What's the deal with the Deathwatch? Are they painted, not painted, grey?? Can't really tell but they "look" unpainted and that definitely detracts from the visual aspect of the game.

They are a gun metal grey.

I told him he needs to give the metalic shoulder pads a hit with some silver dry brushing or something along those lines. I think that little detail will make them pop.

yeah, it's odd because they currently don't have any depth and it makes them look "unpainted". I'm all for non standard colours for armies (haven't seen too many non traditional deathwatch so that could be cool) but I just couldn't figure this one one out. Thanks for the response!

He told me he wants to figure out a way to paint them so they could be played with either Deathwatch or his Space Wolves but not look out of place in either.

Interested to find out how he goes about it.
