We do want to help you out with your questions about the game here - could you possibly make 1 post in the 'You Make Da Call' forum with all your questions in it, and rather than making many new threads, just edit that post and add more questions as you have them?

"Got you, Yugi! Your Rubric Marines can't fall back because I have declared the tertiary kaptaris ka'tah stance two, after the secondary dacatarai ka'tah last turn!"

"So you think, Kaiba! I declared my Thousand Sons the cult of Duplicity, which means all my psykers have access to the Sorcerous Facade power! Furthermore I will spend 8 Cabal Points to invoke Cabbalistic Focus, causing the rubrics to appear behind your custodes! The Vengeance for the Wronged and Sorcerous Fullisade stratagems along with the Malefic Maelstrom infernal pact evoked earlier in the command phase allows me to double their firepower, letting me wound on 2s and 3s!"

"you think it is you who has gotten me, yugi, but it is I who have gotten you! I declare the ever-vigilant stratagem to attack your rubrics with my custodes' ranged weapons, which with the new codex are now DAMAGE 2!!"

"...which leads you straight into my trap, Kaiba, you see I now declare the stratagem Implacable Automata, reducing all damage from your attacks by 1 and triggering my All is Dust special rule!"

Units that start the Charge Phase within engagement range of a unit are not eligible to be selected for a charge. (This is stated at the beginning of the Charge Phase rules.) If a second enemy unit is on on and has models that are closer to your models than those in the first unit you can pile in, models ending up closer to the closest enemy model (you might be able to rotate around a model in the second unit to be closer to them while getting out of engagement with the first unit).

I don't quite understand the situation.

If you have 'Unit A' already in Engagement Range of an enemy, and you want to select a separate unit, 'Unit B', to charge into the same combat - then yes, this is possible.

In the Fight phase, you could then fight with Unit B first (since they charged, they fight before anyone else). They would pile in, attack and then consolidate.

If you do this and it means Unit A is no longer in Engagement Range, then you cannot select Unit A to fight.

(A) unit charge into my opponent (B) unit and locks them in combat. Now when my opponent (B) unit since he is locked in combat with (A) unit. My question is can i move out off combat by charging with (B) unit to a nearby unit or model lets name it (C)?. Just to get away from (A) unit and possible get closer to an objective etc. The wording in 40k is frustrating im used to Wow.

Unfortunately, you cannot. Check out the very first paragraph of the "Charge Phase" section of your rulebook. You start the charge phase by selecting one "Eligible unit" to charge with. It explains which units count as an "Eligible unit". One of the restrictions it lists is: "units that start the Charge phase within Engagement Range of any enemy units are not eligible units". Since the unit in your example is within engagement range of an enemy unit, it cannot be selected to charge with.

It sounds like learning through reading may not be your learning style, or perhaps there's a language barrier between you and the rulebook. I'd recommend watching some "How to Play 40k 9th edition" videos on youtube to give you a better idea of how the game works, and maybe even trying to follow along with your own models, and then coming to the forums to clear up any confusions you still have.
