Victoria miniatures, perhaps (Named for Victoria Lamb, multiple GD winner) but based in Adelaide, South Australia.

I know they do some legs and heads, but the arms are complete with lances (unlike these) - also hers are resin.

These look to be of the sort you have to add a lance shaft to (hence the attachment widget).

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.
