There’s…quite a lot on there! Dunno about your tastes, but here goes.

Complete The Walking Dead.

Latest season of American Horror Stories

Only Murders In The Building

Golden Girls (if you’re dubious, just give it a whirl. It’s a beautiful series of growing old disgracefully and the power of friendship)

There's a good seam of late 80s-mid 90s Saturday morning cartoon nostalgia to mine.

That aside, D+ is the only streaming service that, last time I looked, had a small enough portfolio that you can literally scroll through TV shows or movies A-Z, so a couple minutes scrolling through that may pay dividends.

Nothing's really all that "hidden" because a) Disney is really good at smacking you in the face with stuff and b) the aforementioned relatively small pool of titles, but the Hellstrom show is good enough (if you can be bothered to care knowing it's been cancelled and that's all there is) and The Strain I thoroughly enjoyed when it was on payTV a few years back (although it does suffer from the common wobbly later seasons disease.)

There is quite a bit of classic 80s and 90s films. Hot Shots, for instance. THe A-team, the Pirates of the Carribean, Nightwatch and its sequels, Firefly, the Aliens films, Buffy. Good lord, 3 men and a baby!

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

Are you using a VPN, because the UK has literally just Aliens and none of the others as yet?

Oh yeah, sorry. I saw aliens and Prometheus and assumed the rest were there too. My bad.

Gargoyles. Great cartoon. Ushered in the end of 80s style shows in some ways and began the trend of myth arc kids shows.

Are these only in the UK version of Disney+? Because I'm not finding any of these in the US version (other than the PotC movies, which is unsurprising as that's a Disney franchise).

Oh aye already found that to give American Horror Stories a few episodes, its okay but in the streaming world okay is largely "ill get to it one day maybe(ish)"

We have a specific situation in the UK where many of the back catalogue has been licenced to either Netflix, or it seems often more of a problem, Sky TV.

Suspect other countries probably have similar situations, but Sky have historically had a huge catalogue of titles for their movie channel subscriptions so the numbers affected seem higher in the UK.

So we get these situations until current licences run out. I think we had all the Die Hards except the first one for a while, which was odd.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show, arguably one of the least Disney movies ever, is on there

The TV show or the movie? I saw the TV show first and thought it was great, and subsequently found the movie that spawned it lacking by comparison.

Apparently from what I've been able to find the US version only goes to TV-14, so it doesn't allow viewing of more mature content. Figures that House of Mouse would screw us over like that.

You have Hulu for that sort of thing, the rest of the world does not, hence the distinction.

I'm not sure how hidden it is, but Muppet Haunted Mansion just dropped and it is absolutely delightful.

On par with Muppet Treasure Island.

Overall pretty good, and I like the different take on vampires and their effort to make them as unsexy as possible, but man do they pass around that idiot ball quite a few times in the show.

Favourably. It’s more of a TV special than a movie, but solid Muppet fare.
