Based on the background (fluff), who is expected to wear the gas mask with the skull motif?

The new Kill team kit comes with several masks and I know you can put any mask on any model but I'd like to know, what the fluff has established.

the OOP DKoK grenadiers comes with skull masks, so I imagine those go with elite veterans.

Grenadiers and quartermasters.

I’ve got 7 of the skull heads, and I’m tempted to make a scion proxy unit (grenadiers) with some converting but the green stuff of the rear based rebreather unit and the armour is a bit daunting.

I’d hold onto the skull heads till we know what is coming in a full release.

Grenadiers and former Grenadiers are entitled to wear the skull masks.
