Some abilities allow characters to roll up to 4 dice for a Daemonic Ritual rather than up to 3. In the Daemonic Ritual rule there is a paragraph that says
Codex: Chaos Daemons pg 85 wrote:If your summoning roll included any doubles, your character then suffers a mortal wound. If it contained any triples, it instead suffers D3 mortal wounds.

If you roll 4 dice for the ritual, and they all come up with the same number, do you suffer any mortal wounds? If so, how many?

Well 4 2's includes triple 2's so it would be D3.
