Not verifiable ones, no.

But the Saboteur was a Big One for the rumor drop we had back in the summer.

"Deadly Crossfire" sounds like a cool thing though. Maybe GSC will finally get a mechanic that makes their shooting worth anywhere near the points we pay for it, that'd be nice for the first time in ever.

Well there were those rumors posted a couple of months back for GSC and custodes. But they seem suspiciously like someone's wishlisting to me.
In particular the thing about the new custodes character seems a bit off. As it says it has a form of litanies, but the previews we've seen don't suggest that this is the case.
Here they are for reference, but I wouldn't read too much into them.

Hmm so not linked the original source at all? It'd be hard to make up those GSC changes in a way that makes as much sense, but I often underestimate the creativity of people who try.

The previous GSC codex was also accompanied by at least one similar list of made-up rumors.

I find it weird there is no mention of CORE for either of the armies, even though it is such a long list. That would be one of the first things to look for...

Also purestrains getting cult creeds are not completely impossible, but unlikely - GW did the right thing by excluding them in the previous book.
