Heavy Flamers on a Demolisher is actually a fine choice as the Demolisher already puts it at risk of melee. They're good reliable hits in both melee and overwatch as they autohit. However, generally you do this on a regular Russ and keep your Tank Commander at the rear with longer range weapons that benefit from the 2+ BS.
If I were you, I would switch out the Tank Commander to the Executioner Plasma and the Heavy Flamers for either Heavy Bolters or Plasma Cannon if you can afford them. Move the Demolisher onto the current Executioner. I'm not sure what you're notating by (H) next to some units, but I'm assuming those are the ones you have already. I would also skip getting the Wyrdvane Psykers as they aren't going to do you many favors with only one dice on the Psychic tests. HWT are also not that great these days. Especially the mortar, as unless you're facing another Infantry heavy Guard or Cultists army, a S3 AP0 D1 isn't going to do all that much, and without character status, there's very little way to keep them from getting shot off the table. I'd probably switch out the mortars, wyrdvane, and Hellhound for a company command squad and a veteran squad, each with a HWT embedded. I'd probably go with a Lascannon on both to combat Redemptors, along with as many Plasma Guns as you can afford, and maybe a Medic in the Command Squad to hopefully keep them from being killed off before turn 4.
Oh right, you also need to choose your Doctrines for both Guard and Stormtroopers. With your list, I don't see any particular leaning for Guard Doctrine, but I would probably go Catachan to maximize your variable attacks weapon vehicles. It's also a nice buff to Infantry S&L, though you probably won't see much benefit from it with your list. I'm not as familiar with Stormtrooper Doctrines, but I believe Lambda Lions is the current all-around favorite.
