Is there any rule of possible move after wiping out an enemy in close combat or winner models just stay?

Final step of the fight sequence, consolidate, is the only move you're getting in general

Some armies have the ability to do a move during the fight phase, such as dark angels or harlequins, using stratagems

Consolidate is possible when an enemy withing engaged range still there or can be done when no one?

You can consolidate whether there are enemies in engagement range or not (assuming that space requirements and the necessity to move closer to the closest enemy do not prevent this).

If you have a unit like Khorne Bersekers that can activate twice in a fight phase then they can potentially charge, wipe out a unit, consolidate, re-activate, pile in and consolidate again.

The rule is very clear in the rule book, have you looked back at it?

When you have charged you can pile in, and consolidate, even if there are no enemy models in engagement range. Its a 3+3" move towards the closest enemy models.

One thing to remember is that units that charged can always pile-in and consolidate but units that didn't charge only do so if you can select them to fight in the Fight phase. So a unit may start the Fight phase in engagement range of an enemy but if the enemy is killed before they're selected, and they didn't charge, they can't be activated in the Fight phase.

Each time a unit Fights, it Piles-In, attacks (if possible), and then Consolidates. Having an enemy unit in Engagement Range is not necessary to Consolidate.

It's also worth noting that you cannot consolidate if your opponent is wiped out by other means (morale, mortal wounds from an explosion, units shooting into combat). Unlike in older editions, it's directly connected to being selected to fight.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks do not think that purple makes them harder to see. They do think that camouflage does however, without knowing why.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe.
