So I'm making 1 non-real-space raid detachment.

I want to make it a Haemonculus Coven.

Am I reading this correct that in order to qualify as a Coven I can only include Haemunculus as characters &/or the named Haemunculus?

Yes, but also drazhar, as he is Blades for hire ( you can include any units with this keyword, but they will not benefit from whatever <coven> you have chosen

No. Drukhari are special when it comes to detachments. You can designate a X Coven detachment. In that detachment only X Coven units get an Obsession, but you are free to include Kabal and Cult units in that detachment per the Raiding Forces rule.
