A friend of me started a Range for Armies of the late 17th / early 18th Century in 6mm named "Wars of the Sun King" for 3d printing. The Basic Pack for Western Armies 1667 to 1698 was released today. Packs for Western Armies after 1698 with Tricorne Hats and National Expansion Packs will following in the next months. Everything will be permanently for FREE.

Not bad for free stuff. Whilst the horses look rather detailed, the infantry and the horse riders look more like markers rather than 6mm scaled models. I feel you could go a lot crazier when it comes to details, poses, and variations.

The Horse is a improvisation from a open source pose because lacking skills for designing a proper Horse, only the equipment (holsters, sattle, bridle ect.) on them is his work.. On the printed MIniatures, you will see no traces about different detailing on Horse and Rider.
