The hilt, skulls and rings are Retributor Armor alternated with AP Strong Tone/Nihilakh Oxide and highlights of Retributor.

Blade and chains were stippled browns worked up in patches from dark to light. Then Ryza Rust and Leadbelcher. They were actually a lot brighter but I found they were detracting from the Big guy as danesk alluded to so toned them down with Strong Tone.
