I've just started BT after playing Xenos/Chaos only for the last 12 years and I'd like to do some conversion and customize my army a bit. However I have very little understanding of the BT lore and thought I might look at other inspiring BT work to get me going. Does anyone have a favorite BT modeler/painter they like?

Thanks!

I got stuck with painting my friend's entire Black Templar army, but I wouldn't exactly say my work is inspiring

In all seriousness, I'm partial to the 3rd edition codex for inspiration.
