I suck at measurements in Millimeters, but what is the size of a First born Space Marine Head size without helmet, in millimeters?

From chin to bald crown, 5.9mm

Across the skull, not including ears 3.7mm - With ears 5mm

Tip of nose to back of skull 6.1mm

The nub at the bottom that cradles the piece in the chest socket is 4.5 mm across and 2.5mm high

I only bought my calipers a few months ago, and this was the first use

I don't imagine Space Marine craniometry was something you were expecting to add to your resume?

I'm studying for plastic phrenology

I picked up the calipers expecting to do some detailed measuring for 3d printing, and just never got around to it. But I have both the tool and Space Marine heads in my office, so there we go.
