Honestly, I'd be kind of okay with DtW going away entirely or at least becoming a rare special ability rather than something all psykers can do. Here's a thread where I pitched something along those lines:

tldr; DtW just doesn't seem to match the fluff very well, and it's a bad way to balance out psychic powers that are perceived to be too strong.
