I'm trying to get into playing Daemons, and I'm confused on Warp Surge. Does it work on any Daemon? Does that include big stuff, like the Lords of War, Greater Daemons Be'lakor? It seems kind'of crazy because most of their invulns are already 4++, and that would make it a 3++

Warp surge works on anything with the Daemons keyword, but invulnerable saves are limited to 4++:

Use this Stratagem at the start of any phase. Select a unit of DAEMONS from your army; until the end of the phase, you cannot re-roll saving throws for this unit, but its invulnerable save is improved by 1 (to a maximum of 4+).

Aaah. I see. I was reading it from an old codex, I think.

It was changed by an errata because of the Tzeentch ability combined with The Impossible Robe relic which allowed Lords of Change to get a 3+ invulnerable save with +1 to invuln rolls, effectively a 2+ invulnerable save. A 2+ invulnerable save is 3 times as hard to get through as a 4+ invulnerable save, so it is very dangerous to have in the game as the only counter is mortal wounds.
