Under the couch

I find fittings more useful than pipe, for the most part, although as above, for structural support they're good.

These cooling towers were made from pipe joints with PC fans inside:





And these were made from air conditioning ducting:

It can be used for all sorts of pieces to represent something completely different.




The easiest way to make it look 'techno' is to not use too much and surround it with other pieces that do. Paint and weathering can also help completely change the look.
