Centre is still tough but is less of a priority target with all the 5++ armour. Valiant can mulch armour from 24", Executioner helps with all dakka.

5 Termies are a trap. They'll take 5++ and +1A Vow from Grimaldus (which stacks with Honour Vehement for 4-attack TH termies in every round), and both Judiciar and EC can Heroic intervene 6" and put a stop to whatever charges the termies.

In what I hope will be taken as constructive criticism:

I'd swap two TH/SS for Twin Lightning Claw. Boys, Guants, etc. don't really care about Thunderhammers or Stormshields.
Is this a Kill Them All List or a Fight The missions list? You're somewhat lacking in mobility and warm bodies.

I count only 33 models and you've got roughly 600 points in two vehicles. For five points more you could (sort of - you'd have to rework to get 4 FA choices) get 2 Hailstrikes, and 2 Hammerstrikes (4 models, 12ish more total wounds and some overkill speed bumps). For about 75 less you could get 6 ATV's 3 OGC, 3 MM. Or 5 Dakka and 5 Plasma Inceptors.

You could add 5 TH/SS Vanguard Vets and 5 2xLC Vanguard Vets and two ATV's one OGC one MM. Or the 10VV and one of the Speeders or the Lancer. The Repulsor+Valiant is 28 wounds. 4 of your 6 ATVs would match that, and have overkill speed bumps.

Now I can see they'd make a good distraction from your Dreads or Vice Versa, but when you're handing out secondary jobs, you're handing out a lot to two vehicles. They're your "fastest" models so they're your "rapid reaction force", they're your primary anti-tank, and a significant chunk of your volume of fire, but I think you'll get more value out of 4+ rapid reacts that also spread out the dakka. One of the swap combos I came up with that I think works in this direction and fits into what you're looking for is to trade the Valiant and the Executioner for a Gladiator Reaper, a Gladiator Lancer, a Stormspeeder Hailstrike and a MM ATV. The Reaper is the Onslaught half of your Repulsor. And then some. 32-40 anti-personnel shots from the one, the buffed Heavy Laser Destroyer from the other, PLUS you get a Dakka Speeder and a Melta bike.

If we want to shake up what looks like your core but still stay true to theme, swap the Terminators (Captain and Squad) for Bladeguard (Captain and Squad) You give up the hammers, but the shooting + MC Power Sword + Storm Shield AND getting a Relic Shield instead of a Storm Shield on your captain.. for cheaper by about 50-60. You didn't appear to be using the Teleportation and Sword and Board seems more Templar-ish.

What I came up with:

You've got three components working together - the back objectives for your Assault Intercessors, your mobile assault force with Grimaldus, LT, Bladeguards in one Impuslor, Master, LT, Bladeguards in a second, then some roving destruction from the two Dreads, and the Two Speeders, plus a minor annoyance factor in the crossfiring Eliminators.

My WHFB armies were Bretonians and Tomb Kings.

That's good thank you I like it! Definitely faster. Stormstrikes potentially a good take for BT with 5++ too. No need for the Shield Domes there so could turn the Impulsors into more dakka potentially.

I'm not as familiar with BT - do their speeders/impulsors get 5++ naturally? I like the Shield Dome to keep the Impulsors from getting popped on Turn 1 and the embarked units still then have to footslog. It also adds another pair of sub-optimal vehicle shooting. He's got a choice between two hard/slower to kill Dreads, two Hard/slower to kill transports filled with Ginsu, or two Speeders running around. They're not harder to kill but they're probably the lowest of the target priorities as you'd want to keep the Dreads or the Bladeguard out of your own units first. None of the three choices would be especially satisfying.

My WHFB armies were Bretonians and Tomb Kings.
