OTHER than Necrons or Ad Mech, does anyone know a good source of bionic or robots parts for conversions? I'm thinking mostly arms and legs, preferably plastic, but am open to options. Is there a robot warriors sprue for games besides 40k?

It might be oversized, and it will come with a bunch of chapter-specific marine shoulder pauldrons you don't need, but you might want to take a look at the Iron Hands Primaris upgrades and transfers kit. If you just want some regular humans with robot parts, then you will want to take a look at the Necromunda gangs. It's under 'Boxed Games' on the GW webstore. Hope this helps.
Edit: House Van Saar in particular will be useful and you could always use the Necromunda servitor kit.

Kromlech has some for primaris, also IIRC old style marines.
Anvil also has some space marine stuff.
Mad Robot has some guard scale stuff.
Not sure on the scale of these Maelstroms edge bots, but may be useful.
I suspect if you were crafty the imperial assault or similar star wars bots sets might be usable, but I've never bought one.

Probably some others--I could swear I remembered somebody making a plastic steampunk bot sprue, but it may have been just a suggestion floated I'm misremembering.

Thanks, Vejut, that Anvil stuff looks nice. I could see myself spending a hefty chunk on that.
