Greetings everyone,

So I have a rather simple question for you all: what other wargaming systems do GW's "Age of Sigmar" miniatures work for in terms of size, unit types, etc. Most likely they aren't going to be a 1-1 representation (unless we are talking about "One Page Rules" because, well, obviously,) but the closer the better.

For context: I simply don't like Age of Sigmar and now have two large armies without any good way to engage with fellow players. I would like to change this, if possible.

So, what do you think: What other games does AoS work for?

We are throwing down Saga: Age of Magic in a few weeks. AoS mins are perfect for versatile games such as that.
The newest rule set is good and I like my rune dice with a fantasy twist. Plus, so much mix and match creativity.

Also, check out Warlors of Erehwon from warlord games.

AOS minis are around the same scale as Conquest as well, I use some of my AOS models for that game too.

You can use some of them for Oathmark if you can get them on the bases.

I guess you mean Sigmarines or some Chaos guys because only they would be close to match Conquest minis.

All of the sigmarines were same scale. Most of the new chaos stuff I had was also new scale.

Putting the new dwarf stuff next to dweghom were similar.

The newer undead things were also close in scale.

I posted pictures a while back to show them side by side.

The older models of course are not same scale but there is a lot of the newer models that were ok.

A chunk of my dweghom army uses the forgeworld chaos dwarf line for a few pieces and they fit pretty well.

I second this, Warlords of Erehwon is a good game. I definitely would play this as an alternative to AoS.

Thanks everyone!

I'm going down to the FLGS to pick up a copy of the Warlords of Erehwon book today based on your recommendations! I will also try to drum up some interest among the group... Fingers crossed!
