Subject: Boonie hats, and why don't more companies make them??
So for my imperial guard project I'm using victoria minis arcadians for the bodies, her weapons, and currently a mix of arcadian heads, anvil boonie heads and anvil plain heads.
This has worked great so far, but now I've hit the dilema of having used all the boonie sculpts and wanting more that aren't all the same. I'd also love to find some female heads in boonie hats.
Failing that, does anyone know any easy ways to sculpt boonie hats?

Seems that boonie would be incredibly easy to sculpt. Like a reverse mushroom with winkled edge.
Don't know any companies of top of my head right now but I am sure there are at least 2 or 3 with good boonie heads.
I think not many of them are sold is because they just don't look cool. Boonie looks like it is something you wear for a fishing trip, not for an epic combat.
Even-though in real world that is probably the most useful headgear for soldiers historically speaking too, but they just look lame.

I have the Mad Robot ones and others including their special forces heads and night sight heads - they are very good quaality - I paid more in P+P from USA to UK than for the parts lol
