Personally I'd dump the Bodyguards in favour of more generic Crisis Teams, more points to spend and access to another gun per suit.

Rule of Three, otherwise I would.

Lack of variety will make it less fun for the other player. I think technically I have the models to run this list too.

My only suggestion would be to try to slide some Stealth suits in for first turn deep strike, but this list is going to counter punch real hard.
