bone armor females are banshees, the black with the skull make is if i recall a dark reaper exarch with a no longer useable weapon. blue armor is i think the old guardian

Ladies with swords are old banshees

Guys in black are dark reapers, one is the exarch with a web of skulls.

The blue guys are not harlis, but Eldar Warriors. Later rebranded as guardians

I still use those old models, the warriors painted as storm guardians when they have pistol weapons, and regular guardians when the guns are bigger.

Ahhh... that old Reaper with the flail of skulls, that's peak retro Eldar cool. I'd love to see that make a comeback, even though it makes zero sense gameplay-wise.

Since you mention it, I checked again and yeah, kind of. It's not a flail with skulls though, just a single skull he's holding by a handle:
