The forgeworld stompa just feels meaner to me, more angular and the expression is more “WAAAAAAAGGHHH” than “hmmmmmmm, oh look, a leman russ.”
Also it has a belly cannon, it’s a shame the plastic kit doesn’t have that.

I have GWs version, modified. Was a cool kit…I would probably go FW if all else equal if I were to get a second one, but I think you can’t go wrong with either.

I'd get the FW right now because several of its parts are going off-sale. Not sure if that means the entire thing is vanishing or if just those bits are from separate sale or what. But I'd go for that based on potential rarity of getting hold of it later - the plastic GW one will be around for years.

The arms on each one are pretty good, the rest of each model is a comical pile of crap. They may as well have "build your own, bruh" molded into the sides of their muumuu skirts.

As it's just a pile of scrap the orks have welded together it seems odd to worry about miscast pieces....
