Picked up about 20 of the AOBR Nobz on ebay last year for super cheap. Figured I would try some custom Flash Gitz with them. I built a frame around the sluggas they were holding and then just bulked them up to form the snazz guns. I then made up some pistons and straps to anchor the guns to the shoulder armor. Banner poles were decorated with whatever icons I had laying around plus a few made out of sheet styrene. I also had several of the Orc warrior shield sprues, so they all got one matching icon as a squad marking. I seem to recall in one of the older codex that Flash Gitz like to draw attention to themselves so I gave one a horn.
Those are really nice--very good work with the plasticard. And I like that they're strongly evocative of official flash gitz while still being clearly converted.
