Hi from Queensland,

Quick hello from the sunny state of Australia.

Played Space Hulk in the early 90's and have been chasing another copy over the past few years. Now my son and I are prepping the mini's for painting but certainly need some advise as I'm nervous as hell about ruining them.

Anyway looking forward to going down the rabbit hole and learning what I can here

Thanks

Welcome, from another sunny state!

Space Hulk is one of my favorite GW off-shoots. If it weren't for my recent discovery of Blood Bowl I would say best game hands-down.

Those are some gorgeous minis too. I'm sure you can get lots of advice from the Painting and Hobbying boards here.

If you don't like how they look, you can always strip down and try again! The models, that is.

Thanks for the warm welcome.

Yep they are awesome looking minis and I was stunned when they came out of the box as the ones I remember would have been from the first edition. Still chasing the rabbit down the hole in regards to painting them and have a bit of a plan but will post some questions in the painting section before I start. Have done a few scale models and have enough equipment and basic knowledge to be dangerous but will definitely seek more advise.
