Ciao from Italy!

I've been recently introduced to Warhammer 40K by a few friends and decided I wanted to start my own collection. I already picked the Orks as my faction of choice (love their lore, love their designs) and found some painting supplies I could use!
I'm brand new to this, and I think I'm way more interested in the collecting and painting aspect of it, more so than playing the actual wargame (though I'd like to try it in the future).

My other hobbies are writing, running TTRPG campaigns (my favorite system is Delta Green, though I also run D&D 5e, Cyberpunk 2020, Not The End, and Sine Requie Anno XIII 2e if requested!), and playing fighting games.

I came here looking for an international community to be part of and exchange tips and tricks. I'm glad to be here and hope to meet you in the threads!

Ciao amico! un po italiano!

I've been technically in the 40k fandom since 2012, but I know much of the lore if you need help picking an army! An Italian friend of mine on Discord is really into the Tau Empire.
