Does anyone have both models and can compare the size/height of them both please? If not just the dimensions of a Phantom model would do.

48mm, excluding a base. I parted with my Tzeentch stuff years ago, so I am not sure how they compare.

As tall as a butcher, so passable (though scrawny) as large infantry.
