I got the standalone box of the Voidscarred because they're sweet models, but they didn't come with any listbuilding rules in the box (a naive hope, I realize). Are those rules only (legally) available in the Nachmund box?

Yes. The printed rules are in the Nachmund book, which probably isn't too hard to find on the aftermarket.

It is conceivable that those team lists could eventually be bound in a collected volume at some point, but don't hold your breath on that.
