It’s all incredibly average d-tier sci-fi. Your average battletech novel runs circles around then in terms of plot mechanics etc

For me with 40k fiction the further away from space marines it is, the better it gets. From this selection I'd rate the Chris Wraight books quite highly. I quite enjoyed the first two dawn of fire books, especially when they were dealing with the lower echelons of imperial society. The main action set pieces were just ok though. I also thought the Belisarius Cawl book was pretty good.

The three Dark Imperium books and first Watcher of the Throne book are great (I haven't yet read the sequel).

Totally worth it. I really enjoyed The Carrion Throne and the others definitely look good.

Worth it just for the novels written by Chris Wraight, both Carrion Throne and Watchers of the Throne are great reads.

The Belisarius book is pretty great even by normal standards. For a BL book its excellent. I might grab this for some of the others

I was very impressed with The Regents Shadow.

Just tried to buy these from HB and it asked me for a phone number to 'verify' the purchase. Has anyone else had similar as it all seemed a bit fishy in it's execution.

There's only 8 hours left to buy this bundle if anyone forgot to grab it.

Strange are you sure its HB and not your bank verification step? Those are more common now, though most times they give you the option of sms or phone app authentication.

Thanks for sharing the link! Audiobooks have been a lifesaver for me. As I've gotten older, reading has become more challenging, so audiobooks have become my preferred way of enjoying stories. They're convenient, easy on the eyes, and allow me to immerse myself in books without any difficulty.
