Thank you, with spare parts, and not needing another USS Enterprise(only decals are for NCC-1701), I merged parts together.

Warning, classified images and report, level sigma 9 clearance in Star-Fleet Command.
The images of that vessel indicate the pirate vessel known as the Reaper..This ship is not affiliated with the Federation, nor the Klingon Empire, yet shows a blend of parts from both, possible internal components from other races as well taken from her victims. Unknown number of crew, but it is surmised that disgruntled, or outcast members from several races may serve aboard her. The Reaper will attack Klingons, Federation, Orions, Romulans, Cardassians or any ship that they come across, she seems to prefer one on one fights, and will run if a squadron confronts her.

Having the Saucer section an warp nacelles from a constitution class visible, the vessel likely sports the launcher for Photon Torpedoes able to fire multiple torps, 6 dorsal phaser mounts and 6 ventral phasers as a saucer like that possesses. the computer and other systems could be a blend at this time. The Impulse vents atop the rear alongside the hangar deck appear to be custom patchwork from other ship parts. the secondary hull is recognizable as a Klingon D-7 "wing" and as such sports heavy disruptors in the shoulders and waist positions, to the rear it shows powerful impulse drives and a aft photon torpedo tube, This is one of the most heavily armed and likely armored ships in the quadrant, and it is a wildcard, a true loose cannon, a rogue predator running loose

This ship is likely the result of battlefield scavenge from a previous war between the Klingons and the federation, or theft from old stockyards where ships were awaiting to be scrapped, in either case, she is a most wanted vessel with a list of charges against her and her crew.

Okay, so I also had these guys sneak in. the effect on the engine domes is sky blue overcoated with clear blue, both from Reaper paints. Gray one is standard Romulan Navy and the silvery one is the Praetors' flagship(Not that he flies it).

So, in contrast to the Federation and Romulan decals, the Ferengi had great, durable decals that helped make the windows on the hull.and the lights for the forward sensors on the chisel end in front.

Right side windows and insignia.

I need to prime the ships as they came in a white 3D printed material, it is feeling a little rough, so no smoothness like the D-7 they are posing with These came from Shapeways.

D-7 and FASA style D-9, it is a long and wide cruiser, I have found 8-9 phaser points, and of course the forward torpedo and aft torpedo launchers.
[/img]
[/img]

Here is the D-7 with the Starfleet Museum inspired D-6, the Museum also lists the D-7, as both are TOS style ships.
[/img]
[/img]

I then gave them "phasers" using paperclips I glued into holes and clipped, these will get gold paint too so they stand out from the green paint. I then mounted them on bases for stability. The D-9 has weapons already molded in
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
Soon, they shall get primed, then the green military paint of my Klingon Squadrons. I am also expecting a pair of D-5 cruisers (Enterprise style era ones.) to arrive, they were delayed.

Yeah, the decals for the warbirds and federation get rather fiddly and rip apart too easily
Glad folks appreciate them.

Ah that smaller one is labeled the D-6 and the pattern for it is a design here: http://www.starfleet-museum.org/d6.htm Plenty of alternate history and designs there.

The D-9, envisioned a as a long range vessel, and or command ship is designed for defense all the way around with disruptor mounts on the upper, and lower aft quarters, 2 more on the forward shoulders of the lower wing, and 2 more on the forward command section for a total of 8 high powered multiple angle mounts. the Torpedo arrangement is peculiar for a Klingon vessel, with the one multiple shot launcher in the forward command pod, and two smaller, but potent single shot torpedo tubes facing aft. finishing her offensive power is pared heavy disruptor cannons in the front tips of the warp nacelles, powered by the coils when not at warp in impulse speed combat. It does seem to suffer from weaker than expected impulse engines, making her maneuvers less than desired.

Her defenses are the ablative added armor under the standard Klingon deflector and force fields, and the hull integrity stabilizer field. There are plans for more robust impulse drives to be fitted to improver her ability to move faster out of warp speed, her warp speed are warp 7 for cruising, and warp 9 for emergencies.

and the powerful, large Impulse engines and torpedo tube.

Now this ship is more like TOS in design concepts, this is the other D-6 cruiser, it is made for War, but is only good for warfare. It is not meant for comfort for the crew for long scientific voyages. Just for war, the weapons are as follows: 2 belly mounted disruptor turrets with a 360 degree arc, the other disruptors of the main hull;l are mounted on the upper deck, one left and one right. On the "Hat", there are on each wing of the hat, 2 disruptors up and down on the right and left,. and then larger, single mounted ones under the "hat" fixed more forwards. The ship also has a large photon torpedo launcher mounted in the pod fixed forwards, and the last are the dual Heavy Disruptor Cannons in the warp nacelles with a wide arc of fire for a total of 4 disruptor bolts, a cross between disruptors and torpedoes.

Forwards, you can see the 4 upper surface disruptors and Photon torpedo launcher
[/img]

Head on,,,the larger disruptor turrets, and the torp launcher and in back the Heavy cannons on the engines.
[/img]

Side view, upper disruptors markings seen, and that many turrets allows a 5/6 disruptor broadside.
[/img]
[/img]

Right side.
[/img]
[/img]

Aft, the upper hull and belly disruptors are set to swivel to fire to the rear. Impulse engine is set to the rear like most Klingon cruisers, and the shuttle bay is set under that. Also gas vents along back edge of the wings.
[/img]
[/img]

Officers and crews assigned to this ship in peacetime tend become surlier than usual.

So, here we have the finished for now D-5 cruisers. These are updated with newer warp engines that were tweaked for faster speed. Capable of Warp 8 maximum speed, and normal warp 6 for cruising speed. each engine has a disruptor cannon in forward arcs, the forward torpedo tube still can switch from torpedoes to heavy disruptor cannon, a pair of swivel mounts are where the base pole is, and the upper neck has a pair of lateral defense disruptors, and a torpedo tube facing aft. The "Smooth" look is due to added large armor upgrades that are support for the deflector/force fields.

Yes, and I looked back, it seems the printer had a mishap of sorts, and the D5s are missing details, I may use Nash Star as they seem super detailed and polished will reduce the rough look.

TY! I try,

TY, My basing is getting better, and I also decided to do work on a scratch made armored vehicle project I had stalled out on. Of course with my computer down for a week, I had a reason to advance the project and other things

The Su-88 anti-tank hunter mobile gun was a new idea for helping halt the advances of enemy tanks by the Union. It is small, and a crew of 4 is cramped inside, driver, loader, gunner and commander. The vehicle is envisioned as a ambush vehicle, awaiting the approach of the enemy, and knocking out the lead tank, forcing the columns to expose their flanks trying to get around said lead tank.

So, hull had been collecting dust, here we see the glacis plate attached.
[/img]
[/img]

Support structures inside.

[/img]
[/img]
[/img]

The fighting Cabin takes shape
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]

As can also be seen, the side walls for the rest of the tread system was added.

Non scratch parts:
Track shoes from Zinge
Trench rails, and engine bits from One Man Noodles.
Cannon+Mantlet from Secret Weapon Miniatures.

Please don't take this the wrong way.

I love the variety and wonderful spectrum of models you show us on this blog, but seeing a tank in production brought a tear to my eye, at last a return to the real world.

All looking great, looking forward to your basing efforts, but yeah really want to see that tank hunter develop.
