Something I've been thinking would be cool for Traitor forces would be the ability to be able to take Chaos Spawn in their armies. Obviously, they'd need their own datasheet. Personally, I'd have them put into either the fast attack or elites category. They could either be put on the table at the beginning or be placed there later on to represent being released from their containment. They could also have the Corrupted rule.

To complement this, there could be a rule where an HQ unit or sergeant could be given the keywords 'Spawn Master,' or something along those lines. This would be in addition to their other titles and abilities. Any Spawn that can be seen by the Master can re-roll charge rolls as long as the Master is still alive..

Spawn do have a unit entry in the 1.0 Cults and Militia list. Maybe adapt that until they get around to releasing the PDF for Cults and Militia for 2.0?

2-Grasping Tendrils: The unit's Horrific Mutations gain Shred until the end of the fight phase.
3-Vorpal Claws: The unit's Horrific Mutations gain Breaching (4+) until the end of the fight phase.
