Pretty straight-forward and direct. The two Kahls and Greater Thurian send a lot of Judgement tokens. Beserks and Rail Guns are especially good at taking advantage of the JTs. Beserks are there for counter-melee which can help guard the Fortresses. High Grym casts spells. Last there is a lot of CP generation and efficiency, with 2 CP generating/refunding spells/traits and and a relic that allows Epic Deed Strategems to be played for 0 cost. This allows for a near constant use of medics, Fortress buffs and Personal Grudges. With Uthar the Magna Rail Cannons are particularly dangerous, Greater Thurian's ability to reroll adds to this, the Kahl's Ancestral Crest helps generate automatic 6s as well. Likewise Thurian also allows for strong Ob. Sec. even with Land Fortress, once they actually get there. The Army is slow but that's Votann.
