Has anyone bought any Gale Force 9 Battlefield In a Box terrain lately? Recently I've bought 8 Forgotten City & Mars things (from different places) and 6 have arrived damaged / broken so I'm wondering if their QC has dropped off or if I'm just unlucky...

I got a few box of trees and they all seem good , but different products so it could be the specific products.

The last time I received damaged BFIAB stuff, I contacted GF9 directly with photographs of the broken items.

They sent replacements for all of them, no questions asked, and actually sent more than I had originally ordered.

I have a lot of Mars/Badlands terrain now.

Same, their customer service is decent, though it sometimes takes a long time for you to get your replacements as they make this stuff in limited batch quantities and it can take a while for them to rotate back to whatever you bought if they ran out of inventory.
