Subject: Looking for clear press mold product - what was it called?

Hello Dakka!
I'm back to the hobby after a bit of a hiatus, and am looking for a certain product that I used to use to make press molds. It was sold in small strips of a translucent solid at room temperature stuff. You warmed it up in hot water, and then you could mold it and it made great press molds. NOTHING would stick to it, not even super glue. I used to cast little bits from Green Stuff using this product. It was great for skulls and basing things.
Can anyone help me out with what this product was/is? And where could I find it? They didn't have it at my local hobby store (which actually has a great selection) so if someone can help me identify it and where I might buy some, I'd be quite in your debt.
Thanks Dakka!

Oyamaru is the original I believe, but you can pick it up from other brands greenstuffworld has it as simply blue stuff.

Instant mould or Oyumaru is what you're looking for.
There's a few brands around, CMON had one that I haven't seen available for a while, Modifx makes one, GSW has a blue one.

Does the blue one work for people? I bought some to test it but find it's vastly inferior to the clear one I have (which seems to have gone out of fashion, can't seem to find it sold anywhere).
My complaints about the blue mold stuff is that it feels more rigid, is less capable of capturing fine detail and being blue instead of clear, doesn't allow you to check how well your green stuff got into recesses very well at all.

I got something off Amazon called "Hinodewashi Oyumaru monochromatic OO-250C clear" that sounds like what you're looking for.

Thanks very much everyone - I think you're pointing me in the right direction. But I've never seen a colored version of this, so I just want to make sure that this is the same. I agree that the clear nature helps to check if the green stuff is getting into all the nooks and crannies of the mold.
Thanks again fellow Dakka folks!

The CMON was common in hobby stores several years ago, so if you bought it several years ago from a hobby shop that might have been it? It was in a blue blister pack and called InstantMold or something like that.
But I haven't seen it around for a while, there's other brands but I haven't done a back-to-back to know if they behave the same. All my CMON stuff is getting old and it does degrade over time.
