Thanks both of you. I put a lot of work into the OSL - only the second time I’ve tried it. Even with the whitest white the heart of the light didn’t seem bright enough but it’s very nice to get a compliment for it.

As with the others the OSL looks great, the hat especially keeping a blue tinge to the lighted areas.

You could put some black or dark grey washes in the folds on the lower half of the model and also on his back to make the light and dark transition pop even more.

Also paint the base rim a uniform color (I do mine black) and repeat for all your models to tie them all together when playing with them.
