What's the ideal wargaming table height? Does anyone have one of them professionally made ones, is there like a standard height that work best for most people?

About the height of a standard dining room table works for most people.

74cm
Can reach across the table, but don't need to reach down too far to move things.

Depends on how tall you are and your wingspan.

Counter height is good. Sometimes tables are sold that way as "gathering height". Bar is too tall.

How tall are the players?
How wide is your table?
Do you play sitting down, standing, sitting on stools?
Do you move units, or individual figures?
is your terrain likely to be tall? (buildings)
Lots of factors here...

27-28 inches, think is around the best for sitting and standing.
standing only for the gameplay you may want a bit higher.
But otherwise it depends on who is playing, to high tends to get more people unable to play than to low for obvious reasons.
But does make me think of the restaurant trend of the super high seats and tables…
Really annoying lol.
Avoid that for gaming, does anyone want to stand for whole games anyway.

I like a standard dining table height, but a bit higher is nice. Got a couple of Gaddis Table Toppers and they only raise the height a few inches but it helps I think. I like to sit in a chair during games and we play in my basement so that's what we have.

Dining table height is 30In. This is ideal for board games and card games where you will be stilling in a chair and is fine for most people playing tabletop miniature games. This is the most versatile if you're going to be playing board games and/or card games as well as miniature gaming.
Counter height is 34in to 36in. This is best suited for miniature gaming where you will be standing. It lifts the table surface up to a more comfortable height for this type of gaming. However, it makes the table less suitable for board games and card games.
Bar height is 40in. This is not very suitable for gaming of any kind.

^Wrong.
Our tables are 40" high. We tend to stand more than sit, so we heightened our tables. Much more comfortable, though we also have drafting table chairs.
