Hello Everybody,

I would like to go to some gaming shows in the US or maybe Canada this year or next year. I have been going to pop culture shows/ comic cons, but other then dice the have very few games or minis. I know about Adapticon, Gencon, and Historicon on the east coast. What other shows are out there? Are they any on the west coast? Thanks for your help.

Pretty much any region of the US will have gaming conventions at various times of year.

If you're in the west coast one of the cons I used to go to was Kubla-con in the San Fransisco area. It was pretty fun, with a wide variety of wargames and RPGs being played.

I prefer to buy from miniature manufacturers that *don't* support the overthrow of democracy.

Here's a partial list that someone posting to wikipedia deemed important enough to mention:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_gaming_conventions

It looks a little out of date to me, but its a starting point.

Pax is a series of them (started out in the Pacific Northwest - iirc) but expanded (Pax East became a thing).

Like a comic-con but with gaming stuff as well.
