Rule says "Weapons with [TWIN-LINKED] in their profile are known as Twin-linked weapons. Each time an attack is made with such a weapon, you can re-roll that attack’s Wound roll."

So do you reroll only misses or reroll the entire roll?

Entire roll? what do you mean?

Remember you make attacks one at a time, and "you can re-roll that attack’s Wound roll."

Since it says can, and not must, it is at your option to do so.

OP is asking whether or not you can reroll all the to wound dice or just the failed to wound dice.

Because it says "...you can re-roll that attack’s Wound roll." you can reroll any or all of your dice.

That means that if you wounded on a 3+ but were looking for 6+ for a special rule you can reroll any that are 3-5 to get more 6s.

You can reroll any that are 1-5 if you look for 6s.

Hits and misses aren’t relevant as this takes place after the To Hit roll. Misses don’t get to the To Wound step so aren’t able to be rerolled.

You can reroll the To Wound roll for every Twin-Linked shot that hits, whether the To Wound roll was successful or not.

I meant misses in the Wound roll step; but yea, I felt dumb for forgetting Wound rolls are made "individually"

Don’t! We often abbreviate this step but the rules default is every attack is separate, so the rules are written that way.

I think the questions is:

Can you re-roll successful wound rolls to fish for sixes?

And the answer is 'yes'.
